Fundraising for ongoing legal claims
SSA Ji, My name is Ms A
who is sexually harassed at work by a work colleague, Mr Sharma. I won my case at the Employment Tribunal.
I was also harassed and discriminated by LORD Rami RANGER.
(Ranger lost his appeal that the claimant was harassed and directly discriminated against by him. Ranger and Ahuja won their appeals against the finding that they victimised the claimant. The same Tribunal will now reconsider the victimisation findings and may call more evidence to make a fresh decision or revisit their old findings).
My story has featured in Telegraph, Times, Times of India, Daily Mail and I was also interviewed by Channel 4. You can search for details of my case against Mr Ranger, but I have been told that I cannot put in direct links.
Unfortunately, I can't disclose my full name due to the complications of the case.
After I won the claim I was made "redundant" but the sexual harasser has kept his job.
To win that case, I had to fund a long running legal battle and for that I had to borrow money from friends and family to do so.
I have borrowed the sum of £28,000 in total.
I cannot begin to describe the severe depression and anxiety that I have suffered and continue to suffer. My mental health has been getting worse and I am in despair at the debt that I have run up in order to fight this case. I am living in the hope that by continuing to fight this case to its just conclusion, other will not have to suffer what I have gone through.
Please help me to funding the ongoing legal claims and repay these loaned monies so that I can continue to fight this claim and obtain justice and together we can show that harassment and victimisation are never acceptable, no matter what position or status the perpetrator has.
Your support at this critical time will enable me to carry on the fight for justice and will show others that society will support them in their pursuit of justice.
Please help me and the #MeToo campaign.
