Police and Court Incompetence Help

Thanks for dropping by this page, just having someone look it over means a lot.

So here's the story for this Fundraiser:

I have been waiting over 2 years to have my property to be returned by the police after a former employer accused me of something, then they found out someone else had done it.

I didn't need to do anything further and was told I'd get my belongings back after a letter was sent to tell me when and where to pick them up. This didn't happen.

The Police took many things I owned at the time, including my newly built Desktop computer used for side work, projects, and community support.

I just found out in January that the police have destroyed everything.

I was originally told at the court back in June 2023 that my property was to be returned to me as the case was over.

But, as of today the Productions Officer for the Police told me they were destroyed on 29/11/23 and I was not informed that was the decision, by call, e-mail, or letter, so I could not even contest it or ask why ALL of them have been destroyed and not just the laptop.

It turns out I am unable to get compensation as the courts are not admitting this was a mistake so in order for me to take this further I'd need to go to a higher court which will take money and lawyers I don't have access to.

I've been stressed about this for months, waiting for news and it took me having to contact and chase people directly to find that my property had been destroyed already!

I have always tried my best to help others in my professional life and saved up my money to buy and build my own computer systems and to have those destroyed by either incompetence to an administrative failure just really hurts.

The end of last year wasn't too great with a loss in the family and a family member having a health scare and being rushed into Hospital last week on top of everything else.

If you can donate anything it would be a massive help.

This would put my mind at ease and allow me to be productive and more independent again with the side work and community tech support work I do..

I will even post updates on the build if I manage to meet the goal and on any legal proceedings to see if I get any compensation for what the courts and Police have done!
