REplacement Prostetic eyes.

At the age of 13, I lost my left eye to Glaucoma. In 2012, the Glaucoma infected the right eye and I lost it as well. I had prosthetic eyes made with the help of the Lions Club in Austin. Fast forward to now… The eyes need replacing and the ocularist (prosthetic eye maker) I would need to use does not take any kind of medical insurance. I did try a local Lions Club in the Dallas area. They said they would try to pull some resources, but couldn't make any promises. It’s quite expensive to make these eyes as they are a specialty item. The cost of the eyes for the set is $8,000. Any help you give will be put toward the cost of the eyes. If they are not made, my socket could fuse together and cause the eye to be permanently closed!
