Replacement Scout Hut - 1st Bowden Scouts
1st Bowden Scouts based on the Village Green in Little Bowden, Market Harborough and is the largest Scout Group in Harborough District with one of the smallest and most dilapidated Scouts Huts.
We have section meetings every weekday night for our 177 youth members whom range from 4 through to 14 years old. We also have 19 young leaders aged 14 to 18 years old, along with 47 Adult volunteers.
The current prefabricated Scout Hut dates from the 1960's and is showing it's age. Also with the both the group and the waiting list to join expanding, we are looking to replace the facility which will allow current and future generations to benefit from it for another 60 years.
