I am Connie Bright, Stephanie Cain‘s mother. I am also a mother to 3 others, grandmother to 10 and great grandma to one. I am single and living on $15,000/year income and help take care of my grandchildren. I do not benefit from the gofundme and it all goes to Stephanie’s lawyer. The attorney charges are over $80,000 as present with a balance of $45,000+ owed. No attorney wanted to fight against Stephanie's ex's lawyer and the one we got is a true blessing, but at $450 an hour and a 5 hour round trip drive to court , it has added up quickly. It was over $25,000 just in August with the second day of trial. The first divorce trial was on June 28th, but they ran out of time and it continued on August 14th. The judge has ruled that we can't discuss the court case until the final orders have been entered. Please pray for the results! But there is alot behind the scenes even after court with working out details and the ex's lawyer is already talking about an appeal if they don't get what they want. This could easily end up being $100,000! We need to be able to start making payments to the lawyer again so he will keep fighting for Stephanie. The most important thing to fight for is custody of the children! Please pray for us and please help if you can. I promise that every dime is going to the lawyer and later we can even post the bill for those who think we are making this up. We have to account for this money to the IRS so we don't have to be taxed on it. Please pray for Stephanie and her children! I believe that the goal is to break her financially so they can get the children and we need help!

I now have an attorney!!! He was suggested by one of our viewers. He is so amazing and I’ve only been working with him 24 hours!! He said it will be a minimum of $20,000 which is about 47 hours of labor. (I already spent $6,000 on my previous attorney.) Thank you for giving generously so we could get him on board right away!! ❤️

UPDATE 4/2:

Geoffry filed another motion against me because I didn't answer his interrogs (interrogations - basically treating me as if I am a criminal - See pages 5-20 of the link below). The interrogs weren't answered in time because my attorney was going to ask for an extension because she was too busy to get them in on time and apparently she didn't. He is also requesting that I pay his attorney fees of $450 for filing this against me...

UPDATE 3/21:
The judge only heard the motions on vaccines and public school.

Praising God for allowing the girls to remain where they are until the end of May 2024!

The judge ordered the girls start summer school in PUBLIC school.

The vaccine decision is delayed until after May 1. The judge said I could provide medical journals that could sway him against ordering vaccines before May 1.

Mr. Cain is requesting the girls be removed from their Christian school and put into PUBLIC school and receive ALL medically recommended vaccinations. You are invited to attend and support our request for Christian schools.

My name is Stephanie Cain. After separating from my husband, I was served legal papers.

In these papers, Mr. Cain requested:
  • Sole custody and me only to have supervised visitation.
  • Our oldest two daughters stop homeschooling and be enrolled in school.
  • An order permitting him to ensure the children are in receipt of ALL medically recommended vaccinations.
  • An order restricting me from permitting the minor children to be depicted on YouTube.
  • An order restraining the children from having any contact whatsoever with Titus Morris citing that he is a cult leader and is unsafe to be around the children.

Mr. Cain has also been demanding that I move out of Randy & Brenda Morris' home since he deems it unsafe for the children...

We had court on January 22 and the judge granted:
  • 50/50 custody even though I cited abuse and stated that the children have only ever been cared for by me with him never preparing any meals nor changing any diapers. They ordered a 2-2-3 schedule where we trade every two days and then three days even though Jeremiah is still breastfeeding.
  • "No contact of any kind whatsoever" with Titus Morris even though he has been in their lives for the past 7 years and has babysat them, taught them, mentored them, etc. (The children are so incredibly heartbroken).
  • Children are no longer allowed to be on YouTube.
  • Children must be state tested and if they are not on par with what the state deems proper for their ages, they will be ordered to go to school and be vaccinated. (The children are scared. Please pray for them).
  • A male friend of the court (aka guardian ad litem) was appointed.
  • Financial documentation showing tax returns and paystubs.
  • Status conference to be on February 26, 2024 at 2pm EST.

We are all heartbroken over this ruling and will be obtaining legal counsel tomorrow as the Lord opens up the way. Please pray for us to be delivered from this oppression.

Mr. Cain stated to me on Monday January 29 that he was going to do everything he could to destroy Titus through this court case and reminded me that he previously told me that if I left him that "this would happen" aka going for my throat with his attorney.

In September when Titus & I first saw the amazing opportunity that we had in order to spread the gospel, I told him, “Because we are putting ourselves out there, I fully expect persecution but I’m 100% committed to this ministry and sharing the gospel.”

I was thinking persecution that would come in the end times. I had NO IDEA that persecution was right around the corner and that it would come from within.

Slanderous rumors were spread all over our community in November. We had to make a choice: keep videoing or stop? We had done nothing wrong and felt convicted by the Lord to continue with the videos despite pressure from some to stop them. So we chose to obey God rather than man.

In January, I received legal documents and a court date. I went to court without an attorney and lost so much (it is just so incredibly shocking) with more court dates to follow. Again, we were faced with making a decision: keep videoing or stop? This court hearing really shook every bone in our bodies and we could tell that we were being intensely persecuted. Because of the ruling that was given, I felt there was no way that I could continue videoing. But when there seems to be no way, God will make a way. The door opened slightly to where I could continue doing videos but only on certain days. Because we had missed about 4 days of daily lessons and then found out the audio was missing from 3 previously recorded lessons as well as 3 other videos that we had to redo, we got very far behind. So when I was able to go back, we recorded 3 lessons in one day and tried to pack everything in that we could. We decided that God did not bring us this far to just stop and that we still had a huge opportunity to reach people so we would press on as He has called us.

Though we still have these mountains before us, God is giving us strength to face them and prove our dedication to Him. We are being tested and tried. May we come forth as gold. ❤️

Please pray for us. I’m not able to be at Henson Creek Farm today and my heart, our 7 volunteers’ hearts, my children’s hearts, and Titus’ heart are hurting in so many ways.
