Requiring some help for my partners medical bills

Hi my name is Scott and I have a beautiful partner and 6 children, 2 of which have non verbal autism. We have just had our whole world collapse around us with a devastating brain tumour diagnosis for my partner. She is a true fighter and has been fighting other health issues including Bicuspid Aortic heart Valve Disease and in the last 8 months she was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis so she is always in some sort of pain her eye sight isn't good either. She is also suffering ongoing migraines which are very difficult for her to deal with. She is doing an amazing job looking after our children while I am working night shifts. We really need a helping hand at the moment with her ongoing medical bills and her travel to and from Gold Coast University Hospital to see her neurosurgeon on a regular basis however, we really also need to buy a reliable car as ours has come to a complete stop and it's really not worth the money we were quoted to fix it. We really need to be able to get my partner to and from her medical appointments and also our children to their weekly appointments. We are looking at the Toyota Tarago ora Kia carnival as they are more reliable and cheaper to run and can seat 8 which is also required for our family.
