Rescue Rose's Baby Brother

Hi, I am fundraising for a friend of mine. Her name is Rose and she is from Haiti. She is a self-made Graduate student at Gonzaga University. Her 16-year-old brother was recently deported and arrested in the Dominican Republic and now no one knows where he is. She wishes to bring him to the states but first she wants to travel there to find him and make sure that he is safe and cared for. He is alone and in custody somewhere in the Dominican Republic and Rose is fearing the worst. Please donate to help pay for international travel there and when she brings him back, visa fees, basic needs for herself and her brother. She will travel to a country that doesn't respect Haitians and generally are given no rights. Please help her with this daunting task, rather, rescue mission.
