Our Sea Base Abacos leader, Captain Simon Crowley, lost his good ship Observation and all his worldly possessions in Hurricane Dorian. Tragically, just this year his insurance company dropped coverage for all "named" storms. Outrageous! Now is the time for Scouts and Scout Leaders to live the Scout Oath and Law and come to his rescue! Please give generously today.
