Rescued Boxer Puppy Needs Surgery please repost

Hi, my name is Laurie Kirsch and I’m trying to get this beautiful rescue boxer the surgery that he needs. A bone infection has set in to his right front leg and must be surgically debrided. Itchy is trying to fight off this infection with the help of two different antibiotics, but the damage to his bone continues to grow.

Unfortunately, the $4,600 required to proceed is beyond my means. Without this care, Itchy will eventually become lame and lead an increasingly pain filled life.

I rescued Itchy and his littermate, Scratchy, when they were six months old. They had been abandoned on a farm and left to fend for themselves. When I took them in, they were so covered in fleas that their names, Itchy & Scratchy, fit them perfectly. Now a beautiful pair of boxers, these "twins" are tightly bonded with each other, and I can't imagine how one could get along without the other.

Please help me secure the medical help that Itchy so urgently needs. Each donation, regardless of the amount, will help make his quality of life so much better.
