Emergency: Help Taghreed and Her Family Escape Gaza

In Gaza, Taghreed and her family are struggling to survive. Bombs shake their neighborhood, and the once beautiful streets are now filled with fear and blood. Taghreed’s family lost their home, their business, and lost people they cared about. Taghreed, a devoted mother, and her family long for safety and peace, but their dreams seem distant amidst the chaos. The situation in Gaza is a nightmare. Necessities like food, water, and medical supplies are scarce, and every day brings new dangers. As I am writing this, the Israeli forces have killed over 35,000 people over the course of 210 days, and thousands more are missing.

Taghreed fears for her children's lives, knowing that they are not safe in Gaza. Taghreed has four daughters: Alia, Reema, Judy, and Salma. All her daughters are A+ students, but Reema stands out. Reema is 14 years old, she has won a Horizon scholarship to continue her studies in Switzerland. But because of the war, her dream hangs by a thread. Reema just needs to flee Gaza with her family to Egypt to be able to start her studies in Switzerland. Unfortunately, to flee out of Gaza, they need to pay 5000-6500$ per person to the Egyptian Border Control not to mention starting a new life. But there is hope. Together, we can help them. By raising 120,000$ we can provide Taghreed and her family with a lifeline—a chance to escape Gaza and start a new life in safety.
