Resillient Ross Recuperation

Hi everyone!

Some of you know me as your friendly realtor, some of you know me through the various places I’ve waited tables, but most of you know me as a loving wife, mother of two beautiful children, and devoted friend.

Sadly, this past April, I had concerns about my breast health, and thanks be to God, it wasn’t cancer. Unfortunately though, it turned out to be an abscess. Round one of antibiotics and a weeks worth of hospitalization later, we thought we had the problem under control. We were wrong.

Not only had the abscess returned, but it did so with a vengeance. I had another hospital stay and another round of antibiotics. Fortunately, I was able to continue with Home Health so the hospital stay wasn’t as long as it would have been. When all was said and done, I had racked up some pretty hefty medical bills.

While (fingers crossed) the doctors are more confident this time to have the infection under control, the unknown is terrifying. I’ve lost time with my husband, time with my children, substantial income, and the continued worrying is formidable.

While I've never been good at asking for help, I’ve started this GoFundMe for financial help to ease the burden off my husband, who’s been the rock of our family through this entire experience. I thank you for taking the time to read and share my story. God bless.
