Donation protected
Hi my name is Frank Pittal life long friend of the late Ian Kalman Ian passed away suddenly in his home prior to the Jewish New Year he is currently at Northwick Park Mortuary he has no surviving next of kin myself and a few others have tried in vain to notify a next of kin The mortuary insist he cannot be granted a Jewish funeral his honour but to be placed in another location he was in sheltered accomodation with little or no money I appeal to friends as we are on the verge of Yom Kippur to give whatever you can afford it’s what we call a mitzvah I have spoken today with Jewish care funeral and they will give as much help as they can for a target of £4,200 we can lay him to rest in the same Jewish Cementry as where his parents are both laid to rest Ian was a kind man and this target is achievable from his friends in all walks of life he has had a very hard life has been homeless in the past living of the streets just as he was given a beautiful home sheltered his life was cruelly taken away many knew Ian from Petitcoat Lane East London area
his passion was putting the spotlight on his quest for homeless and rough sleepers he spent the last few years building up a following from his podcasts and you tube videos like many I would want more than nothing else to give him dignity by being buried in a Jewish Cementry in life you do good and receive good by helping no matter how small u give good will come back to you so I appeal let’s do the right thing god bless you all Frank Pittal rest in peace Ian Kalman you will not be forgotten Rest in Peace
