Respiratory HDU - care of David Roper

We'd like to thank Barnsley hospitals respiratory HDU unit and others for caring for our dad throughout his tough battle of COVID 19 for the past 8 days , the care and support he received was second to non... he wasn't a massive lover of flowers, infact he said "just chuck me in the canal in a cardboard box cock" lol in light of this we'd like to raise money to support such an amazing unit, that puts their heart and soul into all they do, COVID care is very challenging and all staff are exhausted, but still they give 100%. Dad may have grew his wings, but that wasn't before they'd exhausted every avenue,  the family don't need support towards funeral cost and dad wasn't  too keen on flowers, however as Dad was a Royston legend if people want to donate, any monies raised will be sent to the HDU unit.
