Hi my name is Elba, I’m the mother of Carlos Perez. Unfortunately, there was a tragic event and my son passed away. My grand daughters lost a dad, a sister lost a brother, nephews lost an uncle. Those that knew Carlos know he was a good person and always help whoever and whenever he can. This was a very un expected loss. Now, we are asking for help to lay my son down to rest️.
