Rest in Peace Ray: A Family's Farewell

Donation protected

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our beloved Raymond Loredo (35y.o.) a loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, grandson and friend.

We, his family and friends, kindly ask for your prayers and support during this difficult time. We are working to raise the necessary funds for his funeral and memorial services, and to give him the farewell he deserves.

Ray, as we all called him was born August 21, 1989 to Ramon and Bonnie Loredo. When he was born his life started as a battle with Kidney failure he had to stay in the hospital for some time. When we was brought home he was welcomed by his 2 older sisters Angie and Alicia. As he grew up he had the honor of being a big brother to Cecilia, Robert, Carlos, Matthew, Makayla and Dezeraye. As he got older he started school where we found that he was hard of hearing. Ray when to Kindergarten at Nottingham/Sanchez Elementary in Norwalk, CA. He then went to school at Eastwood Elementary, where he met some amazing friends. Danny, Mauricio, Amanda and many others. His friends became his support group and became family not only to him but his family. He went to and completed High school at Pioneer High in Whittier, CA. Though he had many surgeries and operations Ray was able to attend his Kidney prom he loved to party. He was present to witness his grandparents renew their wedding vows (which he sang at In the end by Linkin Park) 2 of his siblings get married and he got to be there for his nieces and nephews. Antonio, Savannah, Alyssa, Ruben, Elijah, Mila, Kirani (Kiki), Keimahni (Mahni), Sophia, Dominic, Julie, Elaina, Lil Robert, Zoey, Layla, and Joycelyn. He lived a life of joy, happiness and love despite the troubles of being different and having more doctor appointments and surgeries then the rest of us. He loved hard and to be loved by him was a blessing. He spoke his mind and lived his life the best way he could. He would have done anything for his friends and family. While most people dream of success his dream was being able to watch his nieces and nephews grow up. While he may not have been able to do that here on Earth we know he is watching from above.

If you are able to contribute in any way, no matter how small, your generosity would mean the world to us. Your support will not only ease the financial burden but also provide comfort and support to our family as we navigate through this difficult time.

Thank you in advance for your prayers, kindness, and support during this period of mourning. We truly appreciate it.
