In loving memory of Matthew Moore
He lived life to help, empower, advocate and strengthen others. A Loving husband, son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, friend, student, mentor, teacher....
An amazing Social worker who gave abundantly to the profession.
January 7th, 1988 - April 5th, 2020
He touched our hearts and impacted our lives. His smile, his laugh, his ability to dance, rap and sing brought laughter and life to so many. We shared a past with joys, memories and priceless moments with Matt. We lived in the present with him, doing life, work, and the day to day. Now all we hold are the cherished memories, the love in our hearts. His light to the world was contagious! Our love has now become tears flowing from our broken hearts. But there is one that is mourning most of all- the one whose mourning her future life with Matt more deeply that we can understand. His wife now has many unexpected changes to make, we would love to surround her and support her during this time, specifically to meet the financial needs of the funeral costs. We’d love to pay it forward to his wife- Lerice Crayton-Moore. To share the impact Matt had and support her as well as all family/friends with prayer, condolences and those who want to give financial support during this time of mourning.
