Restoration of the Spectrum

Hello, my name is Joshua Fahrenholt-Hunt and I am the President of the board of directors for Restoration of the Spectrum in Kilgore, Texas. Restoration of the Spectrum was founded in 2023. This youth development center offers quality and well proven services for special needs, at risk, troubled teens, and the underserved. We provide care and direction through Christ’s love for families. God has put together a group of people who share the same passion for wanting to educate those in our community who have been passed over or struggled to learn in a public school environment and feed the hungry. This program is not just about education; it is about the love of Christ. Please know that the beautiful souls we serve do learn and eat but most of all, they learn the power of God and the love of Christ! We are educators and parents who believe in advocating for all kids and young adults. Our mission is education, guidance, and spiritual growth of the underserved, through our faith in Christ. We believe that today's children are tomorrow's leaders and our hope for the future. We also believe that food brings people together and if we can eat with each other, we can learn from each other. When we learn from each other we can change the world. We are raising funds to open our food bank so we can serve more people throughout the year. We calculated feeding 50 families for the entire year at a start up of $26,000.00. We are a 501(c)3 so all donations are tax deductible.
