Restore APC at VFW post 3401 in Morris Plains (Eagle Scout)

My name is Max Hamilton, and I'm leading my Eagle Project to revitalize the APC model M59 and its surrounding area for the benefit of our community. The APC currently shows signs of wear with chipped paint and rust, so I aim to restore it to its former glory. As part of the project, I'll be installing an informational plaque to educate visitors about the APC's historical significance. Surrounding the APC with gravel will not only enhance its aesthetic appeal but also provide a clean, low-maintenance environment.
