Help 86-Year-Old Veteran After Eaton Fire Loss”
Introduction:
“Dear friends and compassionate supporters,
We are reaching out on behalf of our beloved uncle, Roosevelt Pullem, an 86-year-old U.S. Army veteran and retired nurse who dedicated his life to serving his community and our country.”
The Tragedy:
On January 7, 2025, the devastating Eaton Fire ravaged Los Angeles, destroying countless homes and displacing thousands. Among the victims is our uncle, who lost his cherished home and all his possessions.
About Roosevelt Pullem:
He served honorably in the Army during the Korean War. His home was not just a shelter but a repository of memories, mementos, and the life he built over decades with his late wife.
The Need:
The sudden loss has left him without basic necessities and the comfort of his home. At his age, starting over is a daunting task, and he needs our support to regain stability.
How You Can Help:
We aim to raise as much as possible to assist Uncle Roosevelt in replacing essential belongings, and covering daily living expenses during this challenging time.
Gratitude:
We deeply appreciate any contribution, no matter how small. Your support will help restore hope and security to a man who has given so much to others.
Thank you for standing with Uncle Roosevelt Pullem as he navigates this difficult journey.
Sincerely,
Roosevelt and Family
