Restore Hope for the Bast Family
Donation protected
On Sunday, November 10th, 2024, around 1 pm, my family was leaving church—Ninevah Christian Church, to be exact. My 2-year-old daughter heard sirens and said, “Momma, choo choo train!” I replied, “No baby, those are firetruck sirens.”
Fast forward a couple of minutes, and I received a call saying that a family we hold close and dear to our hearts' house was up in flames. The Bast family of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, lost their house along with every belonging they owned. They are part of the Hammonds Creek Community. By the good grace of God, they were not home when the fire started. Shane Bast was hard at work at NSG of Versailles when he received the phone call. All that was saved were their lives and the clothes on their backs, plus their family dog Axel, along with their chickens, were saved.
Shane Bast, Christian Bast, Haylee Bast, and Harlan Bast need everything replaced. Please donate whatever you can to this hardworking, loving, faith-filled family. Haylee Faith’s 11th birthday is tomorrow—11/12/2024. Thank you and blessings to all.
