Restore Hope: Help a Family Return Home

My home sustained significant water damage making it uninhabitable and the insurance company is refusing to remit payment for the tear out and rebuild. Costing me a quarter of million dollars, legal expenses and additional living expenses: mortgage, rent, utilities, vehicle repairs, and miscellaneous without any compensation from homeowners insurance. It has been 2 years since my child and I have been able live in our home and it is taking an emotional toll.
