Restore Hot Water for a 15-Year Kidney Survivor

I'm a dialysis patient on a fixed income living off-grid. I have had kidney failure for 15 years and spend over 40 hours a week to get my dialysis treatments. I try my best to do what I can for myself, but I am only able to do so much.

My hot water heater broke and I can't afford a new one. I'm tired of boiling water on the stove to do dishes and taking showers at my mom's house. I thought I could save to get one, but after a year of no hot water heater, I would really love to have a shower at my house and to be able to wash my dishes well again. Please help.
