Restore Oscar's Studio After Devastating Fire

Good afternoon and I would like to introduce myself and my training studio I had in New York City. My name is Oscar Smith and I have been the owner of O-D studio NYC since 2003. Today there was a fire in the building which destroyed everything I had in my studio( I did have insurance and let it expire in on dec 1st 2024 ) . I was told that the building might collapse and that the repairs might not happen or it will be torn down. I have had my studio since 2003 and it was my passion to get people feeling Great about themselves also getting in Great Shape. I never knew how much of a loss is from a fire as the people in California are experiencing Now I know how they feel. I am hoping to find another location and start all over again but i do not have the funds to do so nor insurance to help assist with that plan or course of action.
