Restore Safety to Fat Kat Tattoo Shop

Hello! We are Fat Kat. Fat Kat is a small, locally-owned tattoo shop located in Spanaway. For the past three years, we've been tattooing here and spreading art and love into our community. We offer tattoos, piercings, and hair services. The love we have for being a safe space for anyone letting out their creative self-expression is something you can't put into words.

Recently, we were targeted for a robbery at our shop. On Thursday, January 16th of 2025 at 6 AM, someone broke into our shop through a window into one of our rooms. This person went on to vandalize and take thousands of dollars worth of equipment and supplies. That list includes multiple artist machines, iPads, tattoo stencil printers, ink, camera equipment—all of the necessary equipment needed to be able to do the jobs that we do. Left completely exposed. This is the second time now that we have been violated and left hopeless.

Our hearts are feeling very heavy. But we are asking for your support to raise money to help secure the shop again. All of us have worked incredibly hard to be here today so we can be here for you. Now we need your help. We need new security not just at the shop but the feeling of safety when at home too. We are left with nothing but open arms to those who are willing to help.
