Restore vandalized Mesilla Mural "La Folkorica"

A group of people traveling through our great city defaced many murals in town one of which being the Mural in Mesilla "La Folkorica" done by Sebastian “Vela” Velazquez or Vela Art. I have contacted him and he has agreed to fix the mural and given me an estimate of cost. Please help me restore this beautiful gift to our community.
