#RestoreTheSnyderVerse Sky Banner WBStudios & AFSP

For our next fan event, we will fly another Sky Banner over WB Studios Burbank and Hollywood on Friday May 20, 2022! This date will mark the anniversary of the SnyderCut being announced. 

There are big reasons to be hopeful and excited for the Snyderverse saving the DC film universe.
Warner Bros. Discovery has a golden chance to repair the DC film franchise. David Zaslav has the keys to the kingdom. 

Toby Emmerich and Walter Hamada (who still owe an apology to Ray Fisher) seem to be holding on for the transition period and their power is already reduced.
Jay Oliva has been sharing storyboards left and right. Our ally, Priya Droga, is seen as an instrumental part of the WBD re-organization. 

The Snyderverse fandom was able to win over the Spider-verse fandom to take home both #OscarsCheerMoment and #OscarsFanFavorite fan awards on behalf of Zack Snyder. 

On the day of the Oscars, Hollywood's biggest night, we successfully flew a #RestoreTheSnyderVerse Sky Banner plane during the Oscars Red Carpet event on March 27 for two hours. 

Then, we flew another sky banner plane on Monday April 11, 2022, the day that WarnerMedia-Discovery merger finalized with the offices of Warner Bros. Discovery officially opening. 

 

This was possible because of YOUR generous help and support. We even had fans who messaged for instructions on how to donate to charity after the fundraiser had closed, and that fills my heart with pride for the SnyderVerse fandom. Thank you for your trust in the organization of the previous sky banner event.  

 

The two main charities we will contribute to are AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention) and Project Hope. Proof of the donations will be provided following the event. On the day of WBD opening, which was Monday April 11, our sky banner text read "CONGRATS DAVID ZASLAV # RESTORE THE SNYDER VERSE" (See https://twitter.com/sarebstare/status/1513613367042215937 for footage of the previous RTSV Sky Banner on WBD opening day)

We hope a more personalized touch of appealing to CEO David Zaslav directly will get the message across with respect and clarity. 

Our next sky banner, and the reason for this fundraiser, will be on Friday May 20, the anniversary of the SnyderCut being officially announced to be released on HBO Max.

The text of the upcoming sky banner for that event will be "#RESTORETHESNYDERCUT #RELEASETHEAYERCUT" in support of Snyder finishing the Superman saga with ZSJL Parts 2 & 3 as well as Ayer's vision of his 2016 film which was savagely vandalized by the studio.

Our goal is to raise double, so that 2k can pay for the plane, and the rest will go to charity, with the ideal breakdown being split between AFSP, Project Hope, NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health)'s COVID-19 Mental Health Support Fund, Elizabeth House in Pasadena, California, and American VetDogs charity. If we do not reach atleast 2500, then I will re-calibrate the charity distribution and announce that. 

We respectfully, strongly, and passionately ask David Zaslav to give Zack Snyder a call and restore the SnyderVerse. We are a patient, persistent, and loyal fandom who believes in artistic integrity, directorial vision, and compassionate storytelling. It would make tremendous business sense for WB Discovery to complete the Snyderverse saga, and then have your own fresh interpretation without the baggage of past executive mismanagement while also earning the goodwill of DC fans.
