Hello, I'm Robert, reaching out for my wife, Danielle. Since middle school, Danielle has been battling failing teeth, starting with braces that led to enamel issues. Now, at 39, she faces the daunting reality of having her last 11 teeth removed. This not only causes her severe pain and difficulty eating but also takes a toll on her self-esteem.

Our wedding, Conner's graduation, and countless family moments lack her genuine smile because she's afraid to show her teeth. The cascade of dental issues, combined with a cross bite and bone loss, has left her in a complex situation. Basic dentures aren't a simple solution; we've been advised that implants are necessary to prevent further complications.

Danielle has hesitated to address her dental concerns for several years, driven by a combination of fear and sensitivity related to her teeth. We are currently seeking support to raise $27,000 for a comprehensive $51,000 treatment plan. This plan involves the removal of her remaining 11 teeth, bone grafting to her upper jaw, the installation of 4-5 implants on the upper and 4 on the lower jaw, and the provision of temporary bridges, which function as a permanent denture. Over the next 3-5 months, these bridges will be adjusted to correct her crossbite and realign her jaw, enhancing aesthetics. During this period, her gums and jaw will undergo healing in preparation for the final placement of permanent appliances, ideally resulting in a new smile just in time for the holidays. Beyond addressing immediate challenges, this treatment aims to ensure her oral health for the future, providing Danielle with the confidence to smile without hesitation.
