The ravages of war have left Moin Maima and his family destitute, their home and livelihood destroyed by chaos. Now, as they struggle to piece together their shattered existence, Moeen faces a new battle – excruciating kidney pain, requiring immediate attention.

Moin needs urgent surgery outside the borders of Gaza, where medical resources are scarce and access to specialized care is limited. But the road to recovery is full of obstacles, the most important of which is the financial burden of seeking treatment abroad.
