Restoring Hope for Sarah (like she did for me)

Hola - the name's Alex, and I'm setting up this GoFundMe for my favorite person in the entire fucking world: Sarah Evans.

Sarah (and her child) are family. If it weren't for Sarah, I never would've found the strength to move out of my ex-wife's house. If it weren't for Sarah, I would've stayed at jobs that were killing me, slowly but surely. I guarantee that if it weren't for her, I wouldn't still be here. She saved me so many times -- and now it's time for me to return the favor.

Sarah needs help. On top of a landlord who decided he was going to end her lease come September because she dared to exert her rights as a tenant and push back on a rent increase he informed her of -- the day after Christmas, 2023, no less -- she is currently unemployed due to a disability. This disability is lifelong; it is unlikely she will be able to return to work.

Sarah is an incredible parent. She is an incredible human being -- literally she is one of the best, if not the best person I know. She deserves every bit of help she can get. She is doing the work to get as much of her situation squared away as she can on her own, but there's only so much to do when she is also raising her son while tackling her C-PTSD and all that entails.

Please, help me restore some hope for Sarah, as at this point she has been at the end of her rope for far, far too long. <3
