Mario Garcia, under the guise of a non-exclusive right contract, had the authority to show one of my company’s homes to prospective buyers and draft a lease option on the property owned by my company. However, on 1/16/24, Mario was informed that the property was already under contract with a different buyer. Despite this knowledge, on 1/19/24, Mario accepted a deposit from the Kirbys for a home that was already under contract, resulting in their loss of $11,000.

Despite numerous attempts, Mario has failed to return the funds he fraudulently received, leaving the Kirby Family in a very tough spot.
