Materials to repair bathroom

Hi friends & family, I'm Ronda Pearman and Im humbly asking for help for materials to repair my bathroom flooring, toilet bowl & to pay someone to fix this before winter comes. I really can't say how long this he been leaking because the toilet bowl had a small crack and has apparently been leaking for sometime. I have exhausted all resources & have been told I'm on a list and to wait until my turn. I am a single mother & recently had my niece placed in my custody and I'm disabled and can not work at this time. I have no one to ask for a loan or who will do this for free or give me free materials. I put in applications where I was told I get called back, I've called and inquired plenty of times and I feel like I'm getting no where and would like this problem to be fixed before it gets worse. Asking for any help for this is extremely hard for me since I try and figure stuff out some way but this is out of my hands.

Flooring, hardware, toilet bowl, pay someone to repair it all is all included in the amount.
