Retired Sergeant Cesar Sandoval

Cesar Sandoval passed away unexpectedly after he recently retired from working as a Sergeant for the Chico Police Department. Cesar is survived by his wife Jessica, daughter Shayla, and son Conner.

Cesar worked in law enforcement for over 28 years while working for the Chico Police Department since 1999. Cesar worked a variety of assignments including patrol, SRO, Detective, HNT, Sergeant, and Target Sergeant. Cesar was also bilingual speaking both English and Spanish.
