Tim, and his wife, Jacqui moved to Knoxville Tennessee after Tim retired from the Syracuse Police Department after 29 years.
Tim suffered a major heart attack on August 7th, and during surgery he suffered two strokes. He defeated the odds and made it! He is the strongest man we know, but he has a long road back physically and cognitively. He is in Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center at this time and will be in need of home health care very soon. The loss of his income has made this care a very large financial burden that he and Jacqui do not have the means to take care of. Any help would be appreciated
