Retreat & Training Centre

We at The Mind Corps CIC are raising funds to set up our retreat and training centre aimed at helping men and veterans with mental health issues.

With World Mental Health Day just around the corner, we are looking for your support to help change the stigma around mental health. 84 men commit suicide per week. Thats 12 per day, 1 every 2 hours.

Our retreat will cover the mind-body connection by changing mindsets, nutrition and fitness, careers advice, build confidence and motivation, advice on debt and financial management, as well as personal hygiene and presentation. We will be providing accomodation whilst they are attending the programme set out to help and support them.

Candidates will work on the site as volunteers to maintain it and gain a work reference as well as a character reference. They will also help with setting up a variety of events and functions at the site and have the pleasure of being trained by top guest trainers, presenters and motivational speakers.

There will also be facilities for corporate enterprises to have their employees attend a variety of training courses ranging from Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Coaching, to Health & Safety and First Aid, plus many more.

This is a massive task and needs your valued support. We will honour each and every person who commits to supporting this incredible project. It started as a dream and is now just in reach of becoming a reality.
