Returning to innocence

I have exciting life news…and I could use your help! While it’s excruciating for me to ask for help, I know that doing so helps build connections and shared resources. Since starting my recovery journey on July 18, 2010, I’ve done a lot of work on myself and I’ve given my children space over the past almost 13 years to allow them to do their own healing. The next step on my journey is to take a more active role as Mom and Winnie (grandmom) for my family. So I’m moving from Oregon to Massachusetts in August! I’ll be moving in with my son Callahan, his wife Nezi, and my grandson Baby Zen. I will be seeing Courtney, Henry and Kaitlin much more often, too. I have a son named Caleb in Memphis who I placed for adoption as an infant. I hope to meet him in person at some point.

Annie (my BFF), Theo, and I are driving across the country in August for the big move. (Anne and Wilma’s Outstanding Oregon Adventure 2.0). I’ve been able to cover the shipping cost of my belongings, but we will be needing lodging and meals along the way. PLUS, I’m in need of new tires before we head out. So here I am asking for your help. Anything that you can spare would be so appreciated, y’all! Good energy, love, prayers, and loving support are welcomed as well! I fucking love y’all!
