Family Court Tragedy: Judge Makes Kids Homeless

Mother Teams With Birth Mother to Help Mia, Matthew, and Sawyer

Please help Karen Riordan, a loving mother fighting for the safety and well-being of her three teenage children - Mia (16), Matthew (16), and Sawyer (13). The kids were recently forced out of their loving home with their mother by a corrupt CT court judge. Sawyer's birth mom has now joined the fight to support the wishes of the teens while Christopher Ambrose tries to force them back into his abusive household.

The Judge's corrupt order keeps Karen from working as a special education teacher. Not only has Chris Ambrose stolen her children from her, but he has thwarted her livelihood and doesn't pay for his kids.

Instead of paying for his children, Ambrose has spent an estimated $100,000 and all his time since April paying high-priced $750 an hour lawyers to get 110-pound special education teacher Karen Riordan arrested on charges of "violent abuse."

Ambrose paid a small fortune, and his unethical lawyers managed to convince Connecticut Judge Thomas J. O'Neill to issue a one-year stay-away order against Karen.

The ruling is a perversion of Jennifers' Law, meant to protect women and children.

The teenagers are homeless. They can't live with their loving mother because of Judge "Steal" O'Neill's twisted ruling

They won't return to their father's abusive home, and school starts shortly.

The children are adopted, and Sawyer's birth mother has joined the fight. She is incensed that the Connecticut authorities corruptly continue to protect psychopath and abuser Christopher Ambrose.

They need our help now.

Quick Facts:

Background:
Karen Riordan has been unjustly separated from her children by a twisted misapplication of Jennifer's Law - Connecticut Public Act 21-78. Despite the evidence of her ex-husband, Christopher Ambrose's abuse, and her children's fervent desire to be with her, a Connecticut Superior Court Judge issued a restraining order barring Karen from contacting her own children for an entire year. Jennifer's Law is a measure intended to stop domestic violence. This recent decision goes against the children's wishes, places them in danger, and empowers Christopher Ambrose, the real abuser in this case.

Mia, Matthew, and Sawyer have expressed their strong wish to live with their mother, and for the past few months, they had finally found refuge in her care. Unfortunately, their pleas fell on deaf ears as Connecticut Judge Thomas J. O'Neill, most recently a partner with Day Pitney LLP, ignored the evidence and disregarded the children's voices, instead siding with their wealthy, alleged pedophile father and his connected lawyers from Needle - Cuda, in Westport, Connecticut.

The Struggle:
Karen Riordan has been tirelessly fighting for justice, but her financial resources have been drained by her ex-husband, who took all their marital funds and her inheritance. Christopher Ambrose will not financially support his children unless they are under his roof and prisoners to his abuse. The children need funds to survive. Karen also needs to engage legal representation and expertise to protect the children, bring them back to a safe and nurturing environment, and ensure that this miscarriage of justice never happens again.

The Impact:
The children's well-being is at stake. Their experiences have been traumatizing, and the effects of being separated from their mother have taken a severe toll on their mental and emotional health. Mia's once bright spirit dimmed as she turned to self-harm. She left her father's home because it was an unsafe den of iniquity rampant with underage drinking, drugs, sex, and sexual abuse. Matthew's struggles with substance abuse and Sawyer's claims of physical abuse and unwanted touching are alarming signs of their distress. All three children are subject to torture at their father's hands, and it is a secret to no one.

Our Call to Action:
We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to rally support for Karen Riordan and her children. Your contributions will directly fund the hiring of legal professionals and other experts who can effectively represent Karen's case and shed light on the true circumstances. Join us in this fight for the children's safety and happiness.

With your generous donations, we aim to:

  • Ensure that Karen and the children are financially secure. While he has recently paid over $100,000 to his high-priced lawyers, Christopher Ambrose has not paid for his kids since they ran away from his abuse beginning in April. The children are temporarily under the care of relatives.
  • Hire experienced legal counsel to present a compelling case in court.
  • Engage qualified experts to evaluate the children's well-being and provide unbiased assessments.
  • Highlight the evidence of abuse and its profound impact on the children's mental and emotional health.
  • Advocate for the children's voices to be heard and considered in court proceedings.
  • Promote regional and national awareness of this case so that abusers are not empowered by twisting Jennifer's Law and similar legislation aimed at protecting victims of domestic violence.

By contributing to this cause, you are not just supporting Karen Riordan's fight – you are standing up for the rights and safety of these innocent children who deserve to live in a loving and secure environment.

Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful impact on this family's future. Your support can help reunite Mia, Matthew, and Sawyer with their mother, giving them the chance to heal and rebuild their lives.

Note: Karen Riordan has full discretion and control over the expenditure of funds collected.

Please donate and share this campaign widely to help Karen Riordan and her children reclaim their lives and find the peace they so desperately deserve.

Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
