I am here trying to raise funds to get a lawyer to help me fight for my rights as a parent .

I have recently separated from my former partner and had some financial trouble for the last 6 months. Because I have found a job I don't qualify for legal aid or any kind of assistance. I live in Timmins ontario and have found a lawyer finally but I need to come up with the retainer to help with the costs. I'm looking to raise half of the funds and pay for the remainder myself.

Currently I get only video calls as my former partner is keeping her away from me.

I am offered only supervised visits of 4 hrs a month until the case is resolved. It's not fair, my child misses me and I miss her dearly.

My daughter is 22 months old and an absolute dream of a child who never gave us any trouble her whole life. She slept through the nights and battled covid with no complaints. I love her more than words can describe ❤️

I just want to have a healthy relationship with my daughter and I feel trapped with no help so this is my last option, it really hurts my ego, but I can't let anything stop me from trying every last avenue to get my daughter back. If money can't be donated any contacts or information to help me with this battle would be greatly appreciated.
