Reuscher Family Fund

For those of you who know the Reuscher Family, you most undoubtedly know the string of hospital visits, testing, flights, drives, missed holidays, and everything else that comes with being a patient of a chronic medical condition.

What you may not readily know is that the glue holding the majority of everything together is Lyndsay. Not only does she work all types of shifts that keeps her from Mike and the boys, she also spends every other waking moment making sure her family has everything they need. And most of the time, she’s missing work in order to do it.

Shes the strongest person I know, but even superheroes need help from time to time. This is where I’d ask of all of you to be a small part in helping out a family who could really use it.

Taking time off work isn’t easy - especially when you don’t accrue that time back very easily. And sometimes, when you run out of time, you take it off WOP, or “without pay”. That, on top of medical bills - it’s hard to play catch up.

They will soon be on an incredible journey to get Mike the kidney transplant he most surely needs. As luck/fate would have it, his sister-in-law was a perfect match! They will now, more than ever, need as much support as they can get!

I would ask, and pray, that if you can help - that you bless this family in anyway you can. Let’s try to make it so they can all breath a little bit easier, seeing that Mike is up for a kidney transplant soon - Lyndsay is gonna need to be home more than ever.
