Please help Rev Andrew & Wonna keep their home

Dear friends and Family,

They say it takes a village to run a family. Well Wonna and Andrew Goodwin have done just that. They will be married 60 years next June..Unfortunately they have lost $12k a year in private support .

Wonna and Andrew have always been the people who always give and never ask for anything in return.

We are hoping to raise at least $12k for the income they will not be making or raise over $70k to finally pay off their family home.

In 1999 they lost their daughter-in-law to cancer. Started supporting their son Kevin by tearing down their garage to build an apartment for him to live with his four children as it was a lot on his plate after his wife passed. In early 2001 Kevin took his life and left behind his 4 beautiful children. Wonna and Andrew stepped up and started raising their grandchildren officially adopting them in 2004.

They ended up tearing down the apartment because of bad memories and built an addition to the house so every child could have their own bedroom.

Andrew is a retired 80 year old Southern Baptist Home Missionary with no pension. Wonna retired recently from an hourly retail job to take care of Andrew. Which was another significant loss of income. She originally retired to have knee replacement surgery which has been postponed for several years because of Andrews poor health. He broke his hip 2 years ago and must use walker to get around safely. He has dementia and no longer able to safely drive or manage his meals and many medications.

They also support their son who is a disabled Veteran with little income. In return he helps with purchasing groceries, meal preparation, cleaning and upkeep of the property.

As you can see this is a lot to take in.

Anything will help even if it's prayers that God will provide.
