Reward for Tyjae Nosworthy Smith arrest

On October 9th, 2023 a group of young men went to the Pickering Casino operated by the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation in the City of Pickering, Ontario, Canada in the early morning hours, Thanksgiving Day.
Once on site, the young men created some type of disturbance that drew the attention of Pickering Casino Security staff, specifically Michael Ferdinand.
During an interaction with the group, specifically Tyjae Nosworthy Smith a pistol was produced and discharged, subsequent to this interaction Michael Ferdinand was struck and subsequently died of his injuries.
Michael represented everything that was good, by all accounts, he was a leader at work, he was a husband, a son and a friend to many.
Michael's death has struck everyone very hard
Tyjae the alleged gunman left the casino that day, and after an investigation by Police a Canada Wide Warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Since that warrant, Tyjae has kept a very low profile, he has people in his community that are helping him avoid the authorities.
Tyjae's chosen profession it would appear was that of aspiring rap artist, shortly after the alleged murder, Tyjae produced and released two new music videos, perhaps more. One of his music videos depicts him singing in a store with a shirt that reads "Art that kills" an obvious statement to the larger community.
The Security Guard Association of Ontario is asking the community that is the "guarding community and others" to donate to this cause. Our Goal is to have each security guard in the Province of Ontario donate $1.00 each. If we accomplish this goal, we will have raised approximately 150 thousand dollars,
The Security Guard Association on Ontario (SGAO) will then take that money and provide it to whomever in Tyjae's community turns him in!
We do not want Tyjae to have a safe place to rest his head, we want Tyjae to understand that his best friends in life will be the ones that turn him in.
Tyjae has been running around the City of Toronto for far too long.
Whatever money we raise through this initiative will be paid to the person or persons that turns Tyjae in. If the Police end up arresting him without someone's assistance, the Association will then pledge whatever money is collected to a number of charitable organizations, not one penny of the money raised will remain with the SGAO, this is strictly for the apprehension of Tyjae Nosworthy Smith.
Our hope is that we raise 150,000 dollars, if the number raised is less than the intended amount, then the person providing information will receive the amount raised on the day of Tyjae's arrest.
I believe and the association believes in the industry of Security within the Province and Canada, We believe that this goal is obtainable and if done, would indicate to Tyjae that each and every security guard in the Province has in some small way contributed to his capture.
Security Guards matter, it's high time that everyone understands that we will go to the ends of the earth (if needbe) to see someone incarcerated for assaulting, maiming or killing a security guard in this province or any other.
