Rex's care

I may be a nobody to you but this boy is my childrens whole world. I am not the person to do this for myself as I'm always trying to look for other people to help but my pup is 10 months old and yesterday he stopped eating. Today he started throwing up, and not acting himself so I rushed him in to the vet. They said they were super worried as his fever was at 106. His heart rate is through the roof and his stomach is 4x its original size. They sedated him to get his bloating down, and get some fluids in him. His blood work looks fine and x rays don't show anything but he needs monitoring over night - because this bloating could be fatal immediately if it happens again. I have spent $1000 in an hour on his tests here. His overnight care is anywhere from 3-5000 and if there is an obstruction that that cannot see right now, it'll be close to $10,000. I don't know what else to do at this point but to ask for help for him. He is my kids best friend.
