REYNOLDS RELAY CATALINA SWIM
Tax deductible
On August 5th, our relay team will attempt to swim 20 miles from Santa Catalina Island to the coast of California to raise awareness and funds for Lewy Body Dementia.
Frank Reynolds Sr. passed away in 2014 after a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia (LBD), a disease that affects an estimated 1.4 million people in the USA per year. LBD is a multi-system disease affecting cognition, movement and emotions, but not everyone experiences the same combination of symptoms.
Worldwide, around 50 million people have dementia, with nearly 60% living in low- and middle-income countries. Every year, there are nearly 10 million new cases.
Our marathon ocean swim team is in need of some funding to make this charity event successful. Your generous donation towards our efforts will be donated to http://lbda.org/ for vital research.
Please donate what you can, any amount is appreciated.
With gratitude
