Help me get my smile back!

Hello, my name is Emily. I have 3 under 3 and unfortunately all the back to back pregnancies have left my teeth in rough shape. The dentist recently deemed all of my teeth as unable to be saved and told me that I will have to get them all pulled and have dentures. She suggested that I get denture implants on the bottom so they stay better but the cost for all of the work would have been almost 23,000 dollars. I am currently planning to just get regular dentures which will still cost me over 10,000 dollars. My husband and I both work full time but have 7 children to take care of and just can't afford this major cost. Right now my front tooth and the tooth to the left of it are pretty much completely gone and I have many other broken teeth. As a result I have lost a lot of confidence and try my hardest not to smile or laugh as I am embarrassed of the way I look. Any help in getting my smile and confidence back would be so greatly appreciated!
