Help Kim Kick Cancer

Hi my Name is Jessica McFarlin and I am starting this to help support Kim financially as she fights the good fight against cancer. All money will go for hospital bills and whatever expenses they have for her two little cuties and her and her husband that occur during this difficult time. Kim is 30 year old sweet person and a great momma, daughter and friend. Please help me take some of the burden off her so she can focus on beating this cancer !!!
