Help get car fixed

Hi my name is Sue my car is in shop it is gonna cost me 655.00 to get timing chain water pump break line and a motor mount fixed I need my car for to get back n forth for pet scan and to my cancer Dr. Can't afford to buy a car or a car payment I'm 70 years old and on social security so please help me get my car running I love u all and appreciate any thing u can donate thank u in advance
