Callie's medical expenses

Hello, My name is Kelsey but this...this is about my daughter (age 9)....

The last 12 hrs have been stressful to say the least. For those of you who do not know at 6pm last night (8/15/22) Callie was crossing the road by our house and was hit by a 3500 diesel pickup truck pulling a camper. The truck was traveling at roughly 20/25mph according to eye witnesses. She is currently in the pediatric icu in stable but serious condition. She was airlifted to HCMC for care. She has a skull fracture, brain bleed, a partially collapsed left lung, broken rib, broken clavicle, scalp lac that was closed with 5 Staples, lots of road rash, lots of bruises. She has had 3 Head CTs along with multiple other tests. She is currently in surgery to try and stop and drain the brain bleed. Please hug your kids closer and love them more...this is heartbreaking as a parent for I am not able to comfort her and make her better. We are unsure just how long we will be here in the hospital, I will try to update as I can. Due to our stay in the hospital our expenses are have greatly increased as I will be out of work to stay be her side, these donations will help cover our parking fees, food to eat, travel to and from the hospital for dad and any other expenses that accure.
