Support for Destiny

I am setting up this go fund me in support of this strong and positive woman we all know as Destiny. Destiny has finally allowed me to set this up due to her recent health scare and because it’s the holidays.
Many of you know of Destiny’s most recent setback in her health. What was to be a simple doctor appointment for a cough turned into an all day stay and a diagnosis of an 8.5 cm mass found. An immediate full hysterectomy was scheduled to remove the cancerous mass. Obviously, this was a no brainer- she had to have the surgery.
Destiny started a new job (that she loves) just this year and because of this, she found out that she was not eligible for any FMLA or short/ long term disability because she hasn’t been there a year yet. 
To say this was all bad timing is an understatement with not receiving a paycheck and the holidays coming up. 
Destiny has experienced some added complications since the surgery which was done November 26 so she has not yet been able to return to work. She’s had several blood transfusions and is scheduled to have a throat/swallow study as they think the tubing used for her throat during surgery has caused some damage. She also has a hernia that they can’t remove yet.
This has been so devastating for her and although she doesn’t show it, I know she’s concerned about a lot of things. She’s most concerned about her girls. The goal we are trying to reach is for monthly finances and to help her stay afloat until she begins to receive a paycheck again.
Destiny has never asked for anything like this so it took awhile for her to let me set this up. We know everyone has their own struggles especially during the holidays but any kind of support for her and the girls would make this difficult road a little smoother. Thank you. Merry Christmas.
