Rhoden Hall Basic School

Hello everyone. On behalf of Music Mansion, and organized by Nichole Curtis, and Kit Andrew, we are asking for your help. Months ago, Kit and I were visiting the birth and resting place of music legend Bob Marley when we stumbled over a very special place called Rhoden Hall Basic School. This is a preschool where the children are between 2 and 4 years of age. It has become a regular stop for us and the children and teachers alike are overjoyed and excited every time we visit. When we first visited this school, we quickly realized that they had little to nothing for the education and care of the students. They had no running water, no power, school supplies, cooking infastructure or food. On dark, rainy days, they’re often in the dark all day long. The school supplies like pencils, books, workbooks, are very limited to them. We have been supporting this school for about 9 months and they now have running water, cooking items and infrastructure, plates, cups and cutlery, some food, and some educational supplies. We endeavor to one day have power infrastructures put into place for them so that we can further provide technologies like computers and tablets to give the children of Nine Mile a fighting chance at a quality education. We are now asking for your help in supporting Rhoden Hall Basic School. Please help us help them, even a little goes a long way and 100% of your donation goes directly to the school and the students. These wonderful young people are the future and their education and care lies firmly in our hands.
