Rhode to Stardom

In keeping with our core values, Phi Kappa Psi’s Rhode Island Beta Colony is in the midst of developing its first annual Talent Showcase.
www.rhodetostardom.com
This event will be a 3 round talent show similar to Americas Got Talent. The Talent Showcase is an important philanthropic event, as we are attempting to raise money for many charities through a fun and entertaining competition and provide college scholarships to the winners. It is our hope that we will not only be able to raise money for many charities but also give others the opportunity for an affordable higher education. This competition will be open to anyone in the country who is currently in elementary school, middle school, high school, or obtaining his or her undergraduate degree.
With one of our core values being academics and a basic principle of service to others, the gentlemen of Phi Kappa Psi would like to use this competition to help support Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls Club of America, Summer Stars and stress the importance of education.
All money raised will be used to fund competition expenses which will in turn benefit these outstanding charities.
