Rhonda Hickman and family

Update:

Hello, everyone, this is Rhonda. Thank you all so so much for your generous support of our family. Words cannot express the depth of our family’s grief as well as our gratefulness for the love and support expressed to us by our family and friends during this difficult time. We have been truly overwhelmed by the beautiful heartfelt comments and cards, the encouraging visits, the stunning flowers and plants, the delicious food shared in our home, the warm hugs, the yummy healthy snacks, the spiritual and emotional and financial support, the sweet and funny memories of Jim. Keep those you love close to your heart, because time is short.  And always remember Jim’s mantra, “You are awesome, and you are loved.”

On June 6, Rhonda and Jim Hickman were involved in a traffic accident caused by another motorist driving under the influence. Rhonda was severely injured and tragically, her life-long love Jim did not survive. Rhonda has a long road to recovery, physically and emotionally. Their daughter Miranda and Jim's brother Rick will have to adjust to navigating the future without Jim. These funds will assist with funeral expenses and any other needs as Rhonda, Miranda, Rick, and family move forward.
